RETURNS: CANADA

• Strict 30 day return policy from date of receiving your order.
• Poncho must be unused with tags intact and in its original box.
• Customer is responsible for return shipping. Mail to:

• If returning, a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from refund.
• If exchanging, no fee applies and we'll free-ship your new order.
• For returns made after an exchange: $40 fee is deducted from refund.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.

RETURNS: USA

• If exchanging, no fee applies and we'll free-ship you the new order.
• For returns made after an exchange: $50 fee is deducted from refund.
• Shipping costs are not refunded.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: When returning, include copy of your original order confirmation in the parcel and include the wording 'NO SALE - RETURNED GOODS TO OWNER' on all customs paperwork. This helps to ensure that your shipment isn't registered as a sale and avoids unnecessary charges. If charges occur due to improper paperwork, they will be deducted from refund.

Colour-only related exchanges are not accepted. For colour-only related exchange, first return initial order then re-purchase your preferred colour.
