San Poncho ships from Vancouver Island, Canada. We use a combination of FedEx, UPS, Canada Post and USPS for courier service depending on your location. If you have a prefered shipping courier, feel free to let us know in the notes section of your order and we will do our best to accommodate. Orders addressed to a Postal Box will be shipped with Canada Post or USPS.
Orders placed after 12:00PM PST are processed on the next business day. Tracking info provided when order ships. Neither San Poncho nor the courier guarantees arrival dates or delivery times.

EXCHANGE SHIPPING:
- We provide free standard shipping for the exchanged item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the initial purchase.

- 50% discount on standard and express rates are calculated at checkout.
- We don't accept returns from outside Canada and the USA
- No returns or exchanges offered outside Canada and USA
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE:
Once the courier accepts the parcel, they are responsible for it until delivery. San Poncho is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. However, if your package does not arrive please contact us right away and we will help initiate a claim with the courier on your behalf. San Poncho nor the courier company doesn't guarantee reimbursement after a claim has been initiated.

Your country may require you to pay import fees, customs, duties, and value-added taxes (VAT), etc. which are not included in the price and shipping cost listed on our website. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. San Poncho will not replace or offer refunds for orders which are abandoned due to non-payment of taxes and fees required by your country.
