PONCHO RETURNS
- 30 day return policy from time of receiving your order.
- Poncho must be unused with tags intact and in its original box.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping.

- Once received a $20 restocking fee will be deducted from refund.
- USA Customers: For shipping paperwork, include copy of your original order confirmation and include the wording 'NO SALE - RETURNED GOODS'
- Return after an Exchange: Full cost of shipping is deducted from refund.
- USA Returns: Shipping, duties and handling fees can not be refunded. This is typically about 40% of the cost of your order. We can provide a breakdown upon request.

Note: Colour-only related exchanges are not accepted. For colour-only related exchange, first return initial order then re-purchase your preferred colour.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Inspect order upon receipt, contact us immediately for defects, damages, or wrong items. We'll evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right, right away.
REPAIRS & REPLACEMENTS
For a year after purchase If your poncho fails or doesn't meet your expectations due to a manufacturing defect let us know and we'll first aim to repair it. If it can't be repaired within a reasonable amount of time then we'll replace it. If your poncho fails due to wear and tear or issues not related to a manufacturers defect then we'll offer to assist in repairing it for a reasonable fee. Customers must cover the cost of shipping for repairing ponchos.
